“ I am just so impressed with the gentlmen here. I had flat tire around here and had to fix it on the Marvis Tire shop. I was starving and I am vegan. The only option near the tire shop with walking distance is Shane’s Rib Shack. But there are 3 gentlemen trying to figure out what I can eat and very attentive. They end up making a real fresh salad with fresh ingredients. I am so thankful. Usually I would get a dirty looks if I am in a meat- based restaurant but I didn’t feel any of those vibes here. Highly recommended. Not for vegan food but the people here are just so nice! ”
“ I knew this place would be good when I seen a line of people to get in, Eric and Addison took great care of me making recommendations on the meals , the ribs were insanely good and the chicken as well, both well cooked with plenty of flavor , not dried out ,,, the beans was superb and Mac and cheese did not lack. They come tossed or sauce on the side. Plus Brittany and Manager Christine are phenomenal. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Restaurant is pristine and food comes out quickly. “ The place is great! The food was really good, service was an 11/10 and very clean! We tried just about everything between the four of us. Lots of good sauce choices. Pulled pork- solid 8/10, chicken- 9/10, ribs 6/10, sides were all really good and as expected. The Brunswick stew was an 87/10!! Excellent stew and I love that they have the saltines out so you can get as much or little as you want. Most places are so stingy with the saltines. Highly recommend this location and we will most definitely will be back. ”
“ I placed my order on uber eats,didn't waste time taking pictures of food, because it was extremely delicious...The cooks got to be from the south,but after I tasted the peach cobbler I said deep south. (Melts in your mouth).Pulled pork sandwich magnificent, bake beans authentic....mac and cheese decent,fries decent. They definitely put time and quality in their food. Reasonable prices.....We'll appreciated!! ”
“ I took myself out to lunch the other day. Shane’s Rib Shack was like an old friend that I lost touch with long ago. The people who work there are so nice and hospitable. The restaurant is immaculate and they have this wonderful cranberry soap at the sink that was so nice and refreshing. I ordered the rib plate thinking it would just be mediocre, and mediocre it was NOT! The food was outstanding in presentation, temperature and taste! My rib plate came with tender and delicious ribs, crispy and fresh French fries and piping hot baked beans with a buttery, fresh piece of Texas toast. It was a really nice experience, and I hope to go again soon and try some other menu items. ”

When I arrived Ms Brittany welcomed me with a smile and a greeting that exemplified truly great customer service. My order was ready on time. As I walked out the door and returned Ms Brittany had taken a seat to finish eating her lunch. I was just so impressed by her great personality and 5 star customer service, I felt I had to go back into the restaurant to get her name so that I could give her a 5 star shout out.
